Twiliofy Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Twiliofy ("Platform", "Service", "we", "our", or "us").
Twiliofy provides a communication platform that enables users to connect their own Twilio account and utilize messaging, voice, AI automation, workflow automation, and customer engagement tools.
By accessing or using Twiliofy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Platform.
If you are using Twiliofy on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

To access certain features, you may be required to:

• Create a Twiliofy account
• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Keep your account information updated

You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

Twiliofy enables users to connect their own Twilio accounts using credentials such as:

• Account SID
• Auth Token
• API Keys (where applicable)

Users are solely responsible for:

• Compliance with Twilio's terms and policies
• Charges incurred through Twilio
• Management of Twilio phone numbers

Twiliofy is not affiliated with or endorsed by Twilio unless explicitly stated.

Twiliofy operates using a prepaid credit system.
• Credits may be purchased and added to your account.
• Credit usage varies by feature and service.
• Credits are deducted based on actual platform usage.
• Promotional credits may expire without notice.
• Purchased credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Twiliofy reserves the right to modify credit consumption rates with prior notice.

You agree not to use the Platform for:

• Spam or unsolicited communications
• Illegal activities
• Fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Harassment or abuse
• Distribution of malware
• Violations of privacy rights
• Transmission of unlawful content

You are solely responsible for all content sent through the Platform.

Twiliofy provides AI-powered features including:

• AI Calling Agents
• AI Auto Reply Agents
• AI Workflow Automation

AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies.
Users are responsible for reviewing and monitoring AI-generated communications where appropriate.
Twiliofy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws including but not limited to:

• TCPA
• CAN-SPAM
• GDPR
• CCPA
• Telephone and SMS regulations
• Local telecommunications regulations

You must obtain all required customer consents before sending communications.

If account payments fail or an account remains inactive:

• Access may be restricted.
• Twiliofy may suspend services.
• Associated resources may be released.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Uninterrupted service

Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur.

All software, trademarks, logos, designs, and platform content belong to Twiliofy or its licensors.
Users may not:

• Reverse engineer the platform
• Copy platform functionality
• Redistribute platform software
• Use Twiliofy branding without permission

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twiliofy shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits
• Business interruption
• Data loss
• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Twiliofy during the preceding twelve months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Twiliofy from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws
• Communications sent through your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in prohibited activities
• Present security risks
• Abuse platform resources

Termination may occur without prior notice in severe cases.

We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
